If previous years are an indication, Kern Park should have 150-200 people celebrating the annual event marking neighborhood ownership.
This year, much remains the same: the Kinky Brothers will be playing live music, Bar Carlo will be selling food, and local businesses and community groups will be tabling the event. The only difference is that it precedes a new neighborhood event taking place a couple weeks later at Essex Park: Movies in the Park (more on that later).
Bring your neighbors, bring your friends, and come see why FoPo’s the place to be. Then you can throw your hands way in the air, and wave ’em side to side like you just don’t care, yadda yadda…
See you there.
