Foster’s not that bad.  Just a little rough around the edges; a few speeding cars; and some general neglect from the city.

However, when watching the following video, I couldn’t help but find a few similarities to a humorous videographer’s take on Sandy Blvd.  Hint:  loud cries of protest for change, perplexed city officials, and a few characters that change the whole dynamic of the conversation.  See for yourself….
