Join Growing Gardens for Parent-Child Workshop on Wednesday August 5th from 5:30pm-7:00pm in SE Portland!
“Bugs and Insects” is a family gardening workshop geared towards children 6-12 yrs old. Go on a romp through an established school garden searching for bugs and insects. Learn about what makes a bug a bug and why insects are important to our gardens through song, art and games!
Register by calling 503-284-8420 or email Youth Grow Educator Emily Fielding at efielding@growing-gardens.org. Specific location given upon registration. A sliding scale donation of $5-20 per family is requested at workshop.
